Checked in at reception 10.30am waited further 10 minutes in a long line of patients waiting with only one person on reception the other lady was confused by what she was trying to achieve on the computer. Got checked in and expected to be seen reasonably promptly. 45minutes later nothing, eventually we were told sorry were running late 14 mites later I was called for my appointment . Having given the curtsy of being early I at least expected an apology. I should be so luck he claimed not to know he was late then apologised. 6 minutes later I was out. 12 minutes late and could have got a hospital parking ticket at £2 an hour and no in-betweens so could have cost £4 or even a ticket. A lot of posh seating in the reception area but, No antiseptic jell, sat in total silence with no nurse to ask for information Nothing. After an 11.15 million pounds on a good looking refurbishment I expected the enthusiasm to be in a wonderful new environment to match but the staff and doctor had got as much zest as a pealed lemon. Such a shame Mayday unless you improve the attitude of your staff you cannot possibly improve the service given and expected.
