"Fail to put the interest of the patients on 1st..."

I entered in to the out of hour service at 21:30 and the receptionist wasn't on the reception, she appear at 21:31 and asked what do i need, i told her that i need to see a doctor because i feel pain on my throat and i've fever and the nurse come out and told me that it's 21:32 and they close at 21:30 and i have to call the 111 service and book an appointment for tomorrow because my problem wasn't an emergency, and i asked to her "are you a qualified doctor to diagnose only looking behind the mirror of the reception that this is not an emergency?" the most funny is that i'm a dentist and for that reason i'm able to make diagnosis but i need another doctor to prescribe antibiotics, and when i am on my practice and a patient enter, even out of hours i have to see the patient, because every practitioner must put the interest of the patient on first place, even if they want to go to their houses.
