About: Telford referral and quality service (TRAQS)

(as a service user),

As I was referred by my GP for 2 procedures (MRI scan and physio) it was expected that I had the MRI first then depending on the findings possibly physio second.

This did not happen in this order, and to date I have not heard about the MRI scan.

I appreciate that I am dealing with 2 separate departments but it made it difficult for me to explain exactly why I was unsure when accepting an appointment with the physio department.

We are sorry to hear that your referrals were not as straight forward as you had hoped. In the first instance I would advise you to contact your GP practice to enquire about your MRI scan as your practice should have arranged this directly. However, I do hope that TRAQS arranged your physiotherapy referral in a friendly and efficient manner and that you were happy with the service provided to you.
