"The administration was poor from the pre-op department"

About: The Princess Royal Hospital / General surgery

(as the patient),

I received a high standard of care from all the nurses, doctors and consultants I came in contact with.

However, the administration was poor from the pre-op department. I was given general anaesthetic instructions instead of local.

This meant being without food or water from 7: 30am until my operation at 4pm which is difficult for a diabetic.
