Recently I had blood tests done, a pre-op assessment and visited dermatology. Instead of the appointments getting me down the kindness and friendly attitudes of the staff cheered me up ! Also somebody told me the HRI had only 4 cases of MRSA over the entire year. Worth mentioning.

Thank you for taking the time to provide your comments, we are delighted to hear you had such a positive experience! We all work very hard on infection control and hopefully will continue to improve so that soon we can say we have no cases of MRSA!
