"Podiatry treatment"

Large toe nail on right food very hard. Difficulty in wearing most of my shoes. Hope it could be removed but advised against this as I am on medication so healing could cause problems, requiring antibiotics etc.

However, I will return within 6 months of my treatment (ie using a small file to level out nail edge etc).

I cannot cut the nail myself, also a dressing I was given will require replacing in a short-time.
