(as a service user),

The first thing I knew about my referral to the bone density scan department at Gowbowden was when the lady from TRAQS phoned me with a choice of appointment times.

Everybody involved in the appointment and the scan were very friendly and professional. What more could you want?

Thank you for taking the time to respond with your feedback.

I am sorry to hear that you were unaware of your referral for a Bone Density Scan at the Robert Jones & Agnes Hunt (RJAH) orthopaedic hospital in Gobowen. This should of been a discussion between yourself and your GP. TRAQS have provided all GP practices with a supply of leaflets which give patients details of how TRAQS works and what the patient can expect from the TRAQS service and that it would be TRAQS who would be contacting you to arrange your appointment.

As you may be aware after being contacted by TRAQS, that the RJAH Hospital is the only provider for a Bone Density Scan in Shropshire.

We are pleased that your experience with TRAQS and the RJAH hospital was dealt with professionally and that you received a friendly service.
