Went to a&e, was seen fairly quickly. Each time I saw someone they explained what was going on. They were very nice and made me feel comfortable as I was petrified, with it being my first time in hospital since I was a baby. Was sent to ward 32, the surgical assessment ward. They were really nice, made sure I was okay through every procedure, they explained everything to me so I properly understood. Then was sent to ward 31A, they were lovely and made me smile. The staff were excellent with me and I'm grateful that I was treated nicely. Made my stay more comfortable & I wasn't as scared. Definitely would recommend this ward, especially a female doctor who ensured I was okay throughout every stage and even checked up at me while I stayed overnight.
"A & E then at ward 31A"
