have given 2 formal complaints about my terrible visits, neither of which have been acted on. over 8 years i have been to and from hospitals waiting for a diagnosis. after 6 no shows from my consultant, a new registrar has taken my case on (still saying i need to see the consultant - not happening!) and although the issue still hasnt been resolved he is the first person in the NHS to listen to my problems + history and sympathise with me. i have to keep chasing up about my appointments and keep getting told i've been lost on the system but still nothing is done to fix this. Am extremely disappointed that no-one on the NHS has the decency to apologize and try and sort these issues out!
