"Staff"

A very disappointing experience. Staff appeared to be annoyed that they were working on a Saturday. Were very rude to us and two other patients, to the point my partner and I looked at each other in disbelief! Very outdated facilities, empty antibacterial dispensers, some toilets out of toilet roll, bins outside of toilet overflowing, what I'd expect to see in public toilets not a hospital's. Screws sticking out of the arm rests on chairs; rather unsafe. I will not be returning to this hospital!
