About: University Hospital Wishaw / Neo-natal Intensive Care

(as a parent/guardian),

Can I just say from personal experience I could not fault Wishaw Neonatal Unit. I had the best experience the staff were brilliant looked after my daughter fabulously offering support and reassurance. The care offered to my daughter was second to none with a 1: 1 ratio in the neonatal unit HDU and intensive care. I know friends I met in the unit felt the same.

I thought there care and the way they looked after the babies was outstanding. I was there for 8 weeks and not once did I see anything like what the paper was seeing and I was there over 12 hours a day sometimes 20 hours, and not once in all that time did I have a problem with the staff they were excellent.

Don’t know if your wanting to pass this on to anyone but I just wanted to show my support
