"appalling service"

I rang 111 taste my 20 month child has high temperature sore throat her breathing was quite quick compared to normal, even after explaining she is under hospital for various other things so I would like if a doctor could call out to check her over as I am a single parent with three children and no transport or babysitter for other two. To be telt they can't send anyone out as I am not classed as house bound and if I wanted her seen to I would have to go there! This is absolutely shocking and disgraceful behaviour I will not be using this service again and will be putting a formal complaint in against the doctor who told me this!!
