My sister was recently admitted to hospital by ambulance on the advice of her GP. A heart monitor was put on her in the ambulance and showed extremely erratic heart beats. Whilst there, they found an abundance of fluid around her heart and that her heart was also very enlarged. The doctor said that she must stay in hospital. However, another doctor said there were no hospital beds available and sent her home. Now her condition has worsened and her face, hands and legs have become puffy and swollen. Can anyone give me some advise on what to do please? Thank you.
