(as the patient),

Recently spent a week in the Western Infirmary in Glasgow following complications after a hernia operation.

I can't praise the staff enough, the patience, attentiveness and compassion shown by all staff was outstanding. The level of personal care I required after the op had the potential to be very embarrassing for me, however the professionalism of the staff put me at total ease.

I can't thank them enough!
