About: Moorfields Eye Hospital (City Road Campus)

Back in November 2013 I asked for information from my records of 1997/1998 when I paid for lazer treatment, I need to have cataracts done on both eyes and the hospital need to know the measurements before laser was done, they have failed to find my records thus leaving me unable to have my cataracts done, for the best eye hospital in the world this is bad, so what ever age you are, keep your hospital number safe for ever more, which I failed to do do through moving house and at 75 I am now paying the price for their bad record keeping

I have forwarded this to our cataract service for further advice. If you could email the details to info@moorfields.nhs.uk, we'll be able to look into it further.
