"Eye clinic overwhelmed"

About: Essex County Hospital

my appointments on April 2nd were at 1420 and 1440. I was eventually seen at 1600 hours due to the overload of patients, who were very patient! is there something wrong with the appointments organisation, not enough resources, or just too many patients? The delay in being seen is far too long. better communication is essential. Please improve performance. Christopher Tadman
