I have now had two outpatient appointments at your hospital, to the neurosurgery department. On both occasions I have been so impressed by the friendliness of staff and the way they go that extra mile. The first appointment I had to go for an X-ray. There had been an it case that needing seeing as an emergency, and a staff member informed me there would be a thirty minute wait and gave me directions to the coffee shop. I came again today with my husband to see a doctor and when we arrived we were offered coffee. Part way through the appointment we were offered coffee again. I also had a query about a future appointment and the staff in the department were happy to deal with this for me and sort it out. I have been in a number of hospitals over the years, some private, but have never been as impressed as I have with the service and way I have been treated. Thank you.
