"outpatients nightmare"

About: Wythenshawe Hospital

After waiting months for the appointment, having been cancelled once already... I got to my appointment to be told I had a 2 hour wait. Due to the nature of my condition and the severe symptoms, and the fact I have a mental illness being made worse through the condition this was impossible, thanks to the nurse in ms telfords clinic and the nursing manager this got sorted, I can't remember their names but they were fantastic and very understanding. I've come away with nothing but questions as I wasn't given the chance to ask questions or discuss my worsening symptoms, I got spoken at, no conversation. Since being diagnosed with bipolar IV found u have no voice in the nhs. Deflated and disappointed
