"Appointment still to be arranged"

About: Telford referral and quality service (TRAQS)

(as a service user),

Told by optician needed a field test. Letter came appointments were about 18 weeks. Had telephone call eventually to book at Donnington. Turned up nobody knew anything about it. They rang around and said I should be at Shrewsbury.

Letter came next day after appointment to say Woodside. Another appointment sorted. I turned up this week and was given a test for glaucoma and would need another appointment for a field test.

Still to be arranged. Not happy! !
