"ENT cancer Clinic- uncaring and mean"

About: North Manchester General Hospital

My Husband and I attended the ENT clinic to be seen in the neck cancer clinic. We saw the consultant who gave us some bad news. Though the nurses were lovely, the consultant was cold, abrupt and dismissive of our questions saying they would be answered by a nurse and not by him. I am shocked that such an uncaring, unprofessional and arrogant man can be allowed to work with vulnerable people. We are transferring care to another hospital to avoid ever being spoken to like that again.I will never forgive him for his attitude.
