What I liked

Some of the staff was very good especially the ladies who distribute the meals. The Doctors were also quite good.

What could be improved

Appointments

Stop wasting money by often sending up three letters saying the same thing on the same day. Appointment are a farce, I have had lots of cancellations for all my eye appointments and a at present have just been put back three months after have had numerous cancellations already making my three month appointment is now over six, till the next cancellation that is. I do not hold out must hope of this or any outpatient appointment I am given being kept. Why say you need to come in in three months when we all know this will not happen. Just make yearly appointment and save on posting numerous cancellations all the time.

Anything else?

Quite a few of the staff wasn’t good and some could be inconsiderate. It was common to be told just a minute and then be ignored, at times they made out they didn’t hear you and made premises they had no intention of keeping.
