I'm an 85 year old and spent a week in urgent care and other wards as I was moved about to different spaces and was very well looked after by all the nursing staff. It was not very nice being moved at 1.30am in the morning, but had little say in it. On release the hospital had not actually put in place my social care support that I needed. It has been hard for me and my wife to get this in place. It's a shame that there is a lack of coordination between the hospital and social care services. Keep trying hard please Southampton General.
