"Nobody wants to be there but -------"

This is a fantastic Hospital with very caring staff who have your complete welfare at the top of their priority list. I was scheduled as a day case patient but informed well in advance that I would probably have to stay overnight which I did. A very warm welcome from the minute I walked into the Hospital to the moment I left - nothing was too much trouble for any of the staff. Everything was explained to me in crystal clear language and all questions were answered truthfully and accurately. Similar to another reviewer, I also had to wait a few hours for my operation but apparently unlike him I accept this because preparations have to be made and various tests conducted before any operation. Having a day case operation is not designed to give you a delivery 'time slot' like a delivery from Tesco's with £5 back if the slot is missed! I was very pleased with my experience at this Hospital and all the staff were lovely.
