What I liked

The staff were brilliant with me. As this was my first overnight stay in hospital, I was nervous and a little shell shocked by the whole thing, but the nurses initially, then my Consultant and his team were really reassuring. I felt they had all the time in the world for me, even though they were 'fully booked'!

I have been for day appointments since, and still feel that the staff at RBH are brilliant.

What could be improved
