I have had to call NHS 24 out of hours service on several occasions recently due to intense pain from an ongoing medical condition.
The last twice I have called there has been no adviser free to take my calls and its taken over an hour an a hald for them to call back.
They now seem reluctant to send me to the out of hours service I think because I have been so often and I am now VERY worried that they are avoiding seeing me!
