"Top service"

I spent the morning in the Ambulatory Care Unit at RLI today, and have nothing but praise for the staff who dealt with me - all of them were friendly, professional, and couldn't do enough to make my experience pleasant. Everyone, from the student nurse who took my BP and pulse, the reception staff, the staff on the CAT scanner, the Ultrasound scanner, the ECG machine (even if it was temperamental!) and the doctor were excellent, without exception. Many many thanks, and here's hoping the government continue to support and enable you to provide a service like this in the future.
