The hospital was extremely busy with no beds available. The staff worked extremely hard from the ED reception staff who made a special effort to ensure I felt safe, the ED nurses, theatre staff and the fantastic nurses and consultant on ward F11. I have been in hospital lot's of times before & also have very complex needs. On this admission the care really couldn't have been any better from start to finish. Which is outstanding considering how busy the hospital was at the time.
