"Outstanding care for Breast Cancer patients"

I have just undergone my fourth breast cancer related surgical procedure at Russells Hall. The care I have received has been outstanding from everyone; not just the superb doctors and nurses and other frontline staff but the admin and hotel staff too, and also the volunteers, the people who keep the place ticking over who we often overlook. If you are newly diagnosed with breast cancer you may be a bit frightened and wondering what on earth is on store for you - I know all I wanted at the very beginning was to be reassured that I was in safe hands. Please believe me - you are. Well done to all, and thank you.

Thank you so much for giving your feedback about the treatment and care you received at our hospital. A diagnosis of cancer is alarming for patients and being in the right place receiving the right treatment is so important. We are sure your words of reassurance will be a comfort to many. It is lovely to see all those you have come into contact with being given the credit they richly deserve. We have such fantastic and dedicated staff working for us at The Dudley Group and it is great for them to see they are being publicly recognised for the way they care for our patients. We would like to wish you the very best with any ongoing treatment you may be receiving.
