"A&E"

My recent visit to A&E was an absolute disgrace. I have never been treat with as much disrespect and rudeness in my life. The staff were miserable and unhelpful and after waiting for 2hrs, I eventually saw a Nurse practitioner. Her manner was completely foul and she talked down to me in an extremely sarcastic and 'can't be bothered with you' attitude. I was made to feel like an idiot for coming to a&e to check out my injury and was told that a couple of paracetamol would do the trick and I wasn't going to die. I find this absolutely disgusting and it worries me that this is the type of people who are supposedly here for our care. I am going for a second opinion elsewhere and I will be putting in an official complaint about the Nurse in question.
