"Difficult getting appointments but excellent when I attend"

About: Dewsbury Health Centre / Podiatry

(as the patient),

I was seen by Charlie to have my feet treated at the Dewsbury Health Centre.

I’ve been going to the podiatry clinic for 4 years and its generally very good. It’s always very busy so can be difficult getting appointments – sometimes it can be 4 months between visits – excellent when I attend.

As you have been attending the clinic for a number of years, it is comforting to hear that the clinical treatment is of a high standard.

We are always looking at ways to improve the service we provide for patients, part of which is the way appointments can be made, so thank you for your feedback.
