"Lack of communication with TRAQS"

About: Telford referral and quality service (TRAQS)

(as a service user),

I thought I was going for a blood test. I took a Red Cross volunteer with me. It took 2 hours of her time, so she was cross and in the end I didn’t have the blood test as there are two further appointments I wasn’t aware of.

I feel I cannot use the Red Cross again now because of inconveniencing them due to lack of communication with TRAQS.

Thank you for writing to TRAQS.

As all feedback is anonymous I am unable to identify the details of your referral. If you would like to contact me on 01952 580441 I will be more than happy to discuss the TRAQS process with you. TRAQS responsibility lies in making your inital appointment but is not involved the appropriate treatment path.

I understand your concerns but I am sure that the Red Cross will not hesitate to provide assistance in the future.
