About: Telford referral and quality service (TRAQS)

(as the patient),

I have had problems with my eyes for 2-3 years now, with no proper diagnoses. The TRAQS scheme got me sorted in no time. I was surprised at the speed of my appointment at the Donnington Consulting rooms.

A brilliant idea to bring consultants to the patients. Hospital appointments can take months (I know from experience) with so much toing and froing, travel costs and parking charges.

Let’s hope the scheme continues for many years and does not get swallowed up in red tape.

Thank you for taking the time to provide such positive comments regarding your recent referral.

This Community Clinic has only recently been introduced to help relieve pressure on the hospitals and has resulted in the speeding up of appointment times. It is reassuring to see that it has been received in such a positive manner.
