"My referral was marked as urgent but I have waited a month"

(as a service user),

My referral was marked as urgent but I have waited a month in considerable pain before getting an appointment.

The problem has been that my referral was sent to the wrong hospital.

I now have to go to Cannock from Telford to see a consultant.

I am sorry to read of your disappointment particularly in view of the circumstances, which led to your need for an urgent appointment. Unfortunately because your feedback is anonymous I am unable to determine the circumstances surrounding your referral.
