"Disgusting! Clearly just want rid of you."

I came in with severe pain on my right hand side, I had already called 111 and was told as the pain was worsening after 48 hours I should have it checked ASAP, when I got to see the nurse she told me I had broken a rib, when I asked her does she not need to examine me to diagnos this, she said no?! And told me there was nothing they could do for me! I explained the pain was getting worse and was spreading in to my back and stomach and that I was in a lot of pain and unable to sleep, and that I had been taking paracetamol and ibuprofen and these were not relieving the pain at all, she then advised me to take aspirin! She took no notes, refused to carry out even a basic examination or at least ask me to lift my t-shirt and was clearly not listening to anything I said. This was Monday morning (24/3) and I am now still in very severe pain and unable to sleep (27/3)
