I had a tube pushed down my throat today. It's not pleasant, but thanks to the team in the Endoscopy Dept today, it was bearable. What's more, everyone was so friendly and caring. Even when I was in the recovery room, nurses who were dealing with other patients would smile if they caught your eye. My impression was of a happy, caring department who had time for you. Thanks very much for making today a really good experience.
