From the moment I was admitted at 0730 hrs I was dealt with efficiently and with respect. Members of the medical team who would be caring for me during my stay introduced themselves to me and explained their role. The surgeon clearly explained what my operation would entail and asked if I had any questions. The post operative ward staff were excellent. The surgeon visited me when I was back on Ward 15 to explain how the operation went. The whole experience was a positive one.
