About: Bishop Auckland Hospital

I attended as a day patient, ward 20 on 13/3/14 for an operation on my foot.From the time i arrived to the time i was discharged i was totally looked after and made to feel completely at ease by the whole team.The staff managed the balance of being completely professional but at the same time the atmosphere all felt very homely,cheerful and light hearted.Considering I was waiting to have a general anaesthetic and feeling apprehensive they all made me feel so relaxed.The whole process was efficient and very caring.Thankyou!!
