"Rheumatology Department - Musculoskeletal ESP"

Not a good start arranging appointment some confusion over dates & times. Basically accused me of being incorrect until I located the original document stating otherwise. Ridiculous - especially with current hot topic - patients wasting slots? On a positive note ....nhs provided a through medical examination and competently disgnosed me after my first visit. (Admittly my GP should have to answer for that). I would like to say a massive thank you to the Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist. Who has turned my three months of hell around .
