About: Milton Keynes Hospital

I have just had a call from an accident claim company that have advised me that NHS Milton Keynes hospital provided them with my details following an accident. We were not in A&E as a result of an accident but due to a medical condition but regardless of that I would like to think that my details are not for sale/donation to these companies. Really uphappy. (Also the day in question a child with constipation was seen before my son that was in a worse condition?!)

Unfortunately this is a common place thing across all Trusts. These no win no fee companies, much the same as PPI contact randomly. Unfortunately most of these are just lucky with the amount of calls they deliver in one day they are bound to get someone that has just left a hospital. We have posters in the A & E Department which state that we do not participate in any such activity. The Trust is sorry to hear of your childs experience of A&E and your comments have been passed to the responsible managers for their information and action.
