"ward 23 diabolical"

About: University Hospital Aintree

Mum will hopefully be coming home tomorrow. Cant wait to get her out of this ward 23. I have never witnessed such rudeness, lack of human kindness and lack of understanding in my life. Mixed with the moat unnecessary and ridiculous rules i have ever come across. The hospital motto 'Getting it right for every patient, everytime' is actually offensive. Cant wait to have my Mummy home and being cared for properly!
