"Absolute joke outpatients department"

I went 24/03/14 for a referral appointment about a camera investigation in my knee to not be given the time of day and to be told they won't be doing anything for me and therefore am being discharged because they no longer need to see me, so now I have to suffer the agony in my knees because they can't be bothred seing or treating me. Next the cleanliness was bad for a hospital environment waiting room had dust building up in corners dirt on the roofs trolley bed was severely faded with black marks on it. One of the staff was stood there biting her finger nails then spitting them out on the floor, this is a health hazard another was talking about how she was sick through the night surely don't go to work in a hospital where you could spread things like this onto vulnerable people. Seriously unhappy with the service I was given.
