"pre-op"

About: St Richard's Hospital

I cant understand the point of going to pre-op when they take no notice of the information that has been given to them, im high risk with cardiac history and ICD but they choose to book me in day surgery unit instead of main theatre and having arrived for my appointment 3 weeks later I arrive booked in wife sent home, sorry cannot be done in DSU has to be in main three weeks they had to sort this out . And one other thing you have a privacy and dignity policy maybe you could get the staff in the department that carry out the cystoscopies that they should cover patients privates instead of them lying there with nothing over them this has happened on a few occassions and I find this very embarrasing
