"Impossible to get thorough to X ray department"

About: Darlington Memorial Hospital

After recieving an appointment that I was unable to attend as I had informed the consultant I was away on holiday, I rang to rearrange the appointment. It has now been two days of constant trying and nobody answers the phone. Not good enough
