"Day case rectal surgery"

From arrival to departure my treatment was outstanding. I was greeted courteously by staff who had my details immediately to hand and guided to the day ward. I was briefed in detail on the procedure by the nursing staff, the consultant and members of the surgical team so that I understood (for the first time in any hospital) exactly what was going to take place. All this served to put me, and my family, at ease. After the operation the surgeon visited me before I was discharged and explained how the operation had gone and explained in detail and in easy to understand language what would happen next and to do if any problems occurred, again something that has never happened before. Overall the staff, facilities and treatment were exceptional and I would recommend the Circle to anyone requiring this type of treatment
