I brought my best friend into heavitree for day surgery and the treatment and attitude of the staff was just wonderful. The patient was treated excellently at all stages, and as her chaperon I could not have been kept better informed or made to feel more welcome to be there to support her. We were both particularly impressed and delighted by the nurse. No surgery is fear free, but the staff did every thing they could to make it as easy to manage as is possible.
