"nurse after my op was extreamly rude and..."

I went in for laparoscopy treatment of endo and cervical promblems while i was waiting a health care assistant checked blood pressures etc and she was really sweet the aneasatist, recovery nurses and consultant were great however when i went back to where i started (admissions) there was a nurse there and she was really rude to me and my dad naturally after a op u feel rubbish and i did pre warn them that after i can get irritable and cross after having a g/a but on this occasion i wasn just spaced out and this nurse was really abrupt and rushy ? i asked the outcome of op as was drowsy when surgeon came to see me and she said i dont no as i carnt read the surgeons hand writing and i said could u find out? she said no and if i want to no then id have to wait until end of sugery and she said if i was lucky? her attitude just stank truly did, I needed the loo first one after the op and she said she would be back in 5 mins half hour later still desperate my dad went to see if he could find her she snapped at my dad and said ' i said ill be there in a min!' so she got be of the bed and proceeded to the loo i was sat down appologised for being abit slow and i asked her if she could pass me my pj bottoms she came back threw them at me (whilst i was sitting on the loo) and told me she didnt like being spoken to like that? i wasnt rude or nasty she started going on about how much pressure and understaffed they were her whole attitude and lack of empathy wasnt right at all i was crying really bad and in so much pain and she was arguing with me until i went out the door? carnt believe how horrible she was i could maybe understand if i was shouting and swearing but i didnt say a thing me and my dad were like what was her problem?? she was really angry and making out i was someone i wasnt i just had a op felt awful and this nurse was having a right go at me!! cannot understand why cryed for ages im a very chilled out person not confronational in the slightist did not expect that espicially after having surgery and meant to be looked after i will never go there again id rather go and travel somewhere else how on earth do these people get jobs working with people when they clearly dont no how to treat them !! still very upset and will make a formal complaint when im better.
