What I liked

having been admitted as an emergency with a heart attack and follow up outpatient appointments i can give nothing but the highest praise to the first responders, paramedics and staff of the different wards and clinics visited.although nearly always working flat out as usual i was and have been very impressed by the total proffesionalism and care shown by all the staff i came into contact from consultants and nurses to the ladies that bring round the food and beverages and although busy always had time for a kind word or an explanation to put your mind at rest i can never thank them enough.
