"A & E"

About: Kingston Hospital

Having arrived at A & E with my son at 8.40pm, he had dropped a weight on his foot - it was plain to see that he needed to have an x ray of his swollen foot, we had to wait 3 hours to see a doctor who looked at it and said oh go for an x ray - why couldn't we be seen by a nurse first who could of given us a form to go to x ray without having to wait 3 hours to see the doctor first - because isn't this plain to see that the doctor can't treat it with the X ray - Its not rocket science to work this out - It is just not acceptable to be sat there that long waiting for an x ray.
