"Brilliant care by staff"

I was in for 6 days after having spine surgery. My consultant was excellent and all the nursing team on 4A were amazing. I felt safe and secure in their hands. Both day and night staff were there for everyone without any complaints and made everyone feel like they cared. The food was always piping hot and very tasty with a large variety on offer, they even have a menu like in a cafe. All in all i would definitely recommend this hospital to anyone and would be more than happy to go here for my treatment in the future. Well done all concerned in my care, you were all stars. I really don't think this hospital deserves the bad name it has, as both a member of the admin staff and patient i was extremely happy with how everything is and the new hospital can only go towards making it a place of excellence.x
