"I could not have been looked after better"

About: Stoke Mandeville Hospital / General surgery

(as the patient),

I was in the hospital earlier today for a colonoscopy.

I was greeted promptly and the pre-procedure interview with Helen was first class and even included some other advice and guidance! The nurses and doctor were most kind and supportive throughout the procedure and I really felt they worked together as a 'family'.

All in all, although not the nicest of procedures to have, I could not have been looked after any better and the cup of tea and biscuit after was like dining at the Ritz and most welcome! Thank you to the whole team.

I would certainly recommend to anyone needing this procedure that Stoke Mandeville is the place to go! ! Thank you again.
